Both use fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries. RF microneedling also delivers radiofrequency heat through the needles. This changes the treatment mechanism, recovery considerations and risks; the appropriate choice depends on your skin and goals.

How does EndyMed Intensif compare with Morpheus8?

Both treatments combine microneedling with radiofrequency energy. EndyMed Intensif uses non-insulated, gold-plated needles with adjustable depth, power and pulse duration. Morpheus8 has interchangeable tips with different needle configurations; its Burst models can deliver bipolar RF at multiple depths in a single pulse. The main differences are the needle design, energy delivery and available treatment settings.

Does RF microneedling hurt?

You may feel warmth, pressure or discomfort. Sensation varies with the area and settings. Comfort measures are discussed during consultation.

Can RF microneedling remove acne scars?

It may improve the appearance of selected depressed scars. Complete scar removal is not guaranteed. Scar type, depth, active acne and your skin history help determine whether RF microneedling or another approach is appropriate.

How soon will I see results?

Changes in texture develop gradually as the skin heals and remodels. The timing and degree of improvement vary. Your practitioner will discuss a review schedule and whether further sessions are appropriate.

Is RF microneedling suitable for every skin tone?

Suitability requires individual assessment. Skin tone, pigment history, current skin condition and settings affect the plan. Pigment changes and other complications can occur.

RF microneedling may be considered for selected depressed acne scars, uneven texture, visible pores and fine lines. It does not suit every type of scar or replace every other treatment.
